About the Recipe

Ingredients
1-2 pack millet noodles (boiled)
4 garlic cloves, grated
1 small onion, chopped fine
3-4 cups vegetable stock
1 tsp pink himalayan salt
½ cabbage, shredded
¼ cup chopped spring onion greens
½-1 cup finely chopped red & yellow bell pepper
1 green capsicum, finely chopped
Preparation
Roast the garlic and onion in a pan, until brown.Â
Add vegetable stock and bring it to a boil.Â
Add boiled noodles and salt and cook for 3 minutes.
Add cabbage and spring onion greens, and boil it altogether.
Add red & yellow bell pepper into it & turn off the heat.
 Serve hot.
